Bring your children's favorite characters from the Angry Birds games out of the screen and into your home with the K'NEX Angry Birds King Pig Castle Building Set. You and your children can construct the Angry Birds world, complete with a launcher that lets the birds wage war on the pigs. Fans of the game will quickly recognize their favorite elements of the game in the 372 pieces, which includes parts that resemble the stone and wood used as shelter in the game.

Product Description
Build and destroy level from Angry Birds.
View larger.Looks and Plays Just Like the Best-Selling Game
The K'NEX King Pig Castle Building Set includes four pigs and five birds, and the pieces for you to construct a slingshot launcher and a castle to house the pigs. Once constructed, it's just like the game: load a bird into the launcher and take out the pigs. There is strategy involved in taking out all the pigs. Sometimes it is best to take an indirect route to killing the pigs, such as using the bird to knock a large rock that would, in turn, take out the pigs. Once you knock down all the pigs, you can create another castle for the next turn.
When our testers put the game together, they were impressed with how much it looked like the best-selling video game. The game even includes a package of stickers with small details such as "TNT" that can be placed onto the wooden blocks.
Includes Pieces to Construct One Level
There are enough pieces in The King Pig Castle to construct one level. Children can also create their own structures using their imagination. The included instructions provide an illustrated step-by-step guide to assembling both the launcher and the building. Our testers found that, like other construction toys, there is an initial learning curve for identifying the small pieces and putting everything together.
Use Expansion Packs and Imagination to Create Additional Levels
Despite the limits of having just one building set, our testers were able to further expand their levels by using household items such as boxes, toys, and shoes to launch the Angry Birds into a new and unknown world. For more variety, K'NEX offers a number of different building sets (sold separately), all of which can be used to together to create more and larger levels. The King Pig Castle set is one of the larger and more difficult sets available. For a smaller level, consider the Mission May'Ham Building Set, which has 178 pieces.

My daughter received this game as a gift and absolutely loves it. She is 9 years old and hasn't had much experience with K'nex or Lego but found this game to be amazing. She loves the aspect of building and destroying just as in the Angry Bird app. I would highly recommend if your child likes Angry Birds or looking for something other than just a building set, lots of play value with this item.

Angry Birds King Pig Castle combines the craziness of the wildly successful app with the more educational aspect of Lego-type construction.
We bought this for our seven-year-old, who has been glued to his iPod touch lately more than we'd like, and we were hoping this toy would give his eyes a rest.
Here's the catch--this K'NEX set contains a whopping 372 pieces (including 3 pigs, 2 birds and a launcher). Even with patient parental assistance it took over half-an-hour to assemble (instructions aren't the clearest). That's a lot of set-up time for something you will then destroy in a matter of minutes.
And while my son enjoyed the process the first time, he wasn't exactly keen to do it all over again, preferring to use the cute characters and launcher and a handful of pieces to create his own adventures, which was totally fine by me. At least with the app, there's nothing you have to clean up afterward!
